SHIPPING POLICY

All items are sent via Evri

All orders placed will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be dispatch the following Monday, or next working day following a UK Bank Holiday.

The orders will be sent to the delivery address that is specified and we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. Customers will be sent a tracking link.

RETURN POLICY

Zeeshan's Boutique does NOT accept refund or exchange. Unless you receive an item that is faulty.

All customised items and jewellery CANNOT be returned.​

 

 

HOW TO RETURN

​

Upon receiving a faulty item please contact Zeeshan's Boutique within 24 hours of receiving the item with name, address and details of the order, and we will then provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

Any returnable items need to be sent in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. You can return your service with any courier or postal service e.g Evri etc. Please ensure sufficient tracking and insurance is provided as we aren’t liable for any loss or damaged items during transit. Once item has been received and reviewed we will issue out refund, if conditions of the item are met as it was sent.
